What do you sell?
We create custom handmade photo magnets & showcase your most cherished photos on any magnetic surface. Perfect for a thoughtful gift, a creative way to showcase your memories, or an effective way to promote your business or event.
What size are the magnets?
They are square 2" x 2" magnets.
Do you do bulk orders?
Yes! Please email contactcraftedbyjenn@gmail.com to order.
Can I order a custom quantity of items?
At this time, we only offer items in sets of 9 or in bulk orders. Custom quantities are not available.
How long does shipping take?
We try to send your order within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We use USPS Ground Advantage with a delivery timeline of 2-5 business days. It usually takes less than a week for your order to arrive.
What's your return policy?
Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all of our products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Important Information:
- Custom Products: All items are made specifically for you based on your selections, including personalization options. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a defect or error.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, it is considered final. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase, as we will not be able to make changes after production begins.
Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email contactcraftedbyjenn@gmail.com immediately, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order with the tracking number you will receive in your email once your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, but hopefully we can in the future!
