Important Information:
- Custom Products: All items are made specifically for you based on your selections, including personalization options. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a defect or error.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, it is considered final. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase, as we will not be able to make changes after production begins.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email contactcraftedbyjenn@gmail.com immediately, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
